Here is an American recipe tested and approved. This is the brown sugar mixture for soft) and white sugar (for crispy / caramelized) that achieves perfect cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
1 1/2brown sugar
method
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
In a bowl, mix with electric mixer the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add vanilla and egg to butter mixture and beat slowly
put the flour, salt and baking soda together and add them to the preparation. Mixed again with the electric mixer.
Stir in Chocolate Chips in by hand.
Leave the dough in the fridge for about twenty minutes, when the dough is cold
make small balls in helping you to two teaspoons. Lay them on plates spacing them, they will expand during cooking.
Cook about 15 minutes
