Molokhia of Tunisian cuisine



Molokhia  of dishes that are specific to more than one country, including tunisia 
Ingredients:
150 ml olive oil
70 g Molokhia dry ground
1/2 liter of boiling water
Teaspoon red pepper
Teaspoon Curcuma
Teaspoon harissa
500 g Veal
5 beads garlic, crushed
4 Rand papers
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a large pot for cooking, add the onions 
Add the Molokhia into the large pot and then move it to 4 minutes on low heat
In another bowl, mix the meat with spices and garlic.
then  add boiling water on the Molokhia,add rand papers then let all boil for 30 minutes

Then add the meat  with spices and garlic


Cover the  bowl of Molokhia and let it cooking on low heat for 3 

hours
before 3 hours add the  salt
When the oil floats on top of Molokhia  , then they are ready.
